Teilnahmeberechtigt sind akkreditierte bzw. registrierte Journalisten, die die Staatsbürgerschaft eines EU-Mitgliedslandes besitzen oder ihren festen Wohnsitz in einem EU-Staat haben. Nominiert bzw. vorgeschlagen werden können Arbeiten eines Autors sowie Gruppenarbeiten von maximal fünf Autoren.
Einsendeschluss: Arbeiten können noch bis einschließlich 15. Mai 2008 eingereicht werden. Das entsprechende Formular ist online auf der Wettbewerbs-Website verfügbar.
